I have developed the skills and contacts that make me an expert on the real estate market in Columbia and Greene Counties with particular expertise in the city of Hudson NY and the Villages of Catskill NY and Athens NY.

I bring years of high-end retail experience to Beach & Bartolo. I managed the home furnishings departments at Saks Fifth Avenue and Henri Bendel at their NYC flagship stores. I was also co-owner of Phoof, which was a retail mid-century modern furniture store and restoration facility in NYC’s Meat Market area and the long-time manager of Eileen Lane Antiques in the SoHo district in NYC.

In addition to my retail experience, I was a principal with Anonymous Productions, which produced large scale performance, music and art events in some of New York’s biggest and most cutting edge night clubs like Danceteria, Palladium, Roxy and the Pyramid Club and was co-owner of the ground-breaking East Village performance space, Limbo Lounge.
