To be certain that every client is treated fairly

Please be advised that prior to showing anyone a property:

(1) I do not require identification from a prospective buyer.

(2) I do not require a prospective buyer to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement and

(3) I do not require a mortgage pre-qualification or pre-approval, prior to showing properties to a potential buyer (though I highly recommend it).

Fair Housing

Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing Laws protect individuals from housing discrimination. It is unlawful to discriminate based on certain protected characteristics, which include, but are not limited to race, creed, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military status, sex, age, disability, marital status, lawful source of income, or familial status.
